the application of tort, criminal, and other laws to case facts and theories centered on patient overdosage or erroneous administration and tapering of psychotropic medication in polypharmacy.
the pursuit of accountability following the overturning of an unjust and wrongful conviction or injury arising from police or prosecutorial misconduct.
the limitations or prohibitions on the use of bankruptcy rules and procedures by companies and individuals to minimize or avoid liability to tort or fraud victims.
the investigation and litigation of claims arising from deceptive or fraudulent business practices.
